　　This equipment is a dual-chamber organic/metal thermal evaporation coating system that, under high-vacuum conditions, deposits single- and multilayer films of various compounds and mixtures onto substrates by heating the source materials.

　　The substrate and the mask plate are brought into seamless contact, thereby eliminating shadowed narrow regions caused by the mask plate’s thickness and any gaps.

　　Permission vacuum degree: ≤6×10 ^-5 Pa

　　Nine sets of evaporation boats and two sets of source furnaces.
