Product Description
The equipment consists of a metal thermal evaporation deposition chamber and an organic thermal evaporation deposition chamber, equipped with four metal evaporation sources and eight organic evaporation sources. The metal chamber is additionally fitted with a glove box, which allows evaporation materials to be loaded into the evaporation sources under a protective gas atmosphere and enables the removal of coated samples from the chamber.
The sample is transferred between the two vacuum chambers via a cart.
Four samples can be evaporated at a time, and in-line masking can be performed twice.
Each evaporation source is equipped with a dedicated baffle to prevent cross-contamination.
