Shenyang Kecheng Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. is located in eastern Shenyang and specializes in ultra-high vacuum technology, with a focus on the design, R&D, and manufacturing of custom vacuum equipment and a wide range of ancillary products.

Since its establishment, our company has been dedicated to the research of vacuum application technologies and maintains a comprehensive after-sales service system. We also collaborate closely with universities and research institutes across the country to provide vacuum equipment primarily for scientific research and educational purposes.

The company currently employs more than 40 staff, including 3 senior engineers, 6 engineers, and over 30 skilled technicians across various positions. The production facility spans 1,600 square meters and is equipped with a range of conventional machine tools and CNC equipment, as well as specialized equipment such as vacuum leak detectors, argon arc welders, plasma cutting machines, sandblasting machines, and electrolytic polishing units. With a fully equipped facility and strong machining capabilities, the company is well positioned to meet project schedules and quality requirements.

Our company’s main products include magnetron sputtering systems, resistive thermal evaporation systems, electron-beam and ion-beam evaporation systems, ion thinning instruments, pulsed laser deposition systems, PECVD equipment, vacuum furnaces, and a wide range of auxiliary power supplies. We also undertake the maintenance and modification of vacuum equipment. With many years of experience in the design, manufacture, and R&D of vacuum equipment, we are committed to collaborating with universities, research institutes, and enterprises to continuously learn from and exchange knowledge in the field of vacuum technology, thereby driving further breakthroughs in our product offerings.
