Shenyang Kecheng Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the eastern part of Shenyang. It is an enterprise relying on ultra-high vacuum technology and specializing in the design, research and development, and production of non-standard vacuum equipment and various supporting products.

Since its establishment, our company has been dedicated to the research of vacuum application technology and boasts a comprehensive after-sales service system. We maintain close cooperation with various colleges and universities as well as research institutes across the country, providing vacuum application equipment primarily for scientific research and teaching purposes.

The company currently employs over 40 staff members, including 3 senior engineers and 6 engineers, as well as over 30 technical workers across various positions. The production site spans 1600 square meters and is equipped with multiple ordinary machine tools and CNC equipment, as well as other tools such as vacuum leak detectors, argon arc welding machines, plasma cutting machines, sandblasting machines, and electrolytic polishing equipment. With comprehensive equipment and strong processing capabilities, the company is able to meet the requirements of both the construction period and quality standards.

Our main products include magnetron sputtering, resistive thermal evaporation, electron beam ion beam evaporation, ion thinning instrument, pulsed laser deposition, PECVD, vacuum furnaces, and various supporting power supplies. We also undertake the maintenance and modification of vacuum equipment. With years of experience in manufacturing and researching vacuum equipment, we possess extensive expertise. We sincerely hope to collaborate with universities, research institutes, and enterprises to continuously learn and exchange ideas in the vacuum field, enabling our products to achieve greater breakthroughs.
